Jena Therese R. Tiongson earned her Juris Doctor degree from De La Salle University Tañada-Diokno School of Law, where she was a scholar and graduated within the top quartile of her batch. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of the Philippines Diliman.

During law school, she served as President of the Law Moot and Debate Society and represented both her institution and the Philippines in various international moot court competitions, including the Nuremberg Moot Court and the Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration Moot held in Germany. She likewise chaired the Academic Committee on Legal and Judicial Ethics with Practical Exercises under the Lasallian Commission on Bar Operations and gained vital legal experience as a law student practitioner at her institution’s legal aid clinic, where she represented indigent clients in criminal and administrative cases.

Before joining the law firm, she served as a Legal and Administrative Assistant to a food safety and quality assurance consultant, acquiring valuable experience in regulatory compliance services for leading food corporations and government entities.
