Mr. Pua has substantial experience in the field of civil, criminal and employment-related litigation. He handles cases involving property insurance claims, negligence and torts, labor, business and trade disputes, settlement of estates, intra-corporate and intra-family disputes, and collection concerns.

Mr. Pua is also intimately involved in several business ventures. As such, he possesses an acute awareness of practical and business oriented approaches to address legal and operational concerns of commercial ventures.
