Mr. Eleccion has extensive experience in litigation, labor, intellectual property, and arbitration works as well as corporate and commercial transactions. 

In the firm, Mr. Eleccion has represented clients in prosecution of criminal cases both as a private prosecutor and defense counsel. Mr. Eleccion also has participated in intra-corporate disputes, proxy issues, corporate takeovers, enforcement of stockholder rights, derivative suits, invalidation of transfers of shares, corporate rehabilitation, insolvency proceedings, trademark infringement, copyright infringement, and insurance claims. 

In law school, he was a member of the San Beda International Law Society and had participated in various Moot Court Competitions, such as Stetson International Environmental Law Moot Court Competition Southeast Asian Regional Rounds, held at the University of the Philippines College of Law, and Foreign Direct Investment Moot Court Competition, Regional and Global Rounds, held at Seoul National University, South Korea, and Universidad de Buenos Aires, Argentina, respectively.
