Mr. Perez’s practice areas include civil and criminal litigation, general corporate law & corporate housekeeping, labor & employment, regulatory compliance, and special projects related to recruitment, immigration, ship-manning and ship-owning, and lobbying to government agencies.

During his stay in the firm, Mr. Perez has handled high stakes litigation and has helped in negotiating, reviewing, and drafting high net worth contracts as well as compliance and regulatory work for numerous well-renowned corporations and entities. Likewise, he has assisted in compliance work for a high-value government procurement project. Furthermore, Mr. Perez has aided in lobbying for numerous public interest groups and has closely worked with various government agencies, including but not limited to the Department of Migrant Workers.
