Ms. Valenciano graduated with a degree in Organizational Communication from University of the Philippines-Manila in 2011. Right after college, she worked for a few years as a producer/copywriter in a media network company before deciding to pursue the study of law. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from San Beda College-Alabang in June 2018.

Ms. Valenciano was an executive member of The Red Chronicles, the official student publication of SBCA-SOL, and was also a member of the Environmental Law Society. During her last year in law school, she started her legal career as a paralegal in a firm that specializes in corporate law. In less than two years, she was promoted to legal manager. Ms. Valenciano worked for three years in the same firm and was admitted to the Bar in 2020.
