Associate Lawyer
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal research, drafting, and advisory services across multiple practice areas.
- Assist in the preparation and review of contracts, pleadings, and corporate documents.
- Represent clients before courts, quasi-judicial agencies, and government offices.
- Support senior lawyers in negotiations, transactions, and hearings.
- Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with firm policies and legal practice.
Qualifications
- Philippine Bar passer in good standing.
- 1–3 years of experience (new lawyers are welcome to apply).
- Strong academic background and legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and commitment to continuous learning.
