Ms. Gaddi has extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and government contracting.

She advises clients on high-value share transfers, M&A due diligence, joint venture structuring, and government procurement. Her practice also covers data privacy compliance, immigration matters (including AEP and 9(g) visa applications), and estate settlement.

She manages business incorporations, corporate structuring, and post-registration compliance. She also advises on intellectual property protection, including trademark and copyright filings, and represents clients in oppositions and mediations before the IPOPHL.

Ms. Gaddi regularly prepares, negotiates, and reviews commercial contracts, corporate authorizations, and regulatory submissions. Additionally, she has been involved in resolving tax assessments and obtaining tax opinions from the BIR.

She serves on the firm’s Committee on Decorum and Investigation (CODI), ensuring due process and integrity in workplace investigations under the Safe Spaces Act.

Ms. Gaddi earned her Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Science in Legal Management degrees from De La Salle University, graduating with Honorable Mention and as a consistent Dean’s Lister.
